If you are trying to login and it says that your account is disabled, you will have to contact one of the CTS techs to reset the password.
This happens when you have entered the incorrect password to many times.
Sometimes when you are forced to change your password, google chrome has already stored your previous password in autocomplete for you.
If chrome offers to save your password for you, please select "nope"
You will have to enter your password each time logging into your email account.
Also if you have a shortcut to worldclient, check that it is only pointing to "https://mailsolutions.ca", and nothing more than that.... sometimes people may make the shortcut while already logged into their account, which may cause problems in the future.
