Sometimes, you might ask one of our technicians to complete some tasks while they are working on something else, or some issue might come up while we're working on something at your office already. We added this option to your ticket so that you can add a ticket as a 'while you're here' option.
This option is for times where we ask you to put a ticket in for something we're already working on, or if we're already on site, working on an issue for you.
It's to make the process faster, so we can get boots on the ground to solve your problem.
Trying to 'skip' the system by self-assigning a technician to your issue only complicates the process, because we have to evaluate each assignment on a per-issue basis, so it's best to only use this option when we ask you to directly.
